Consultancy services in international business law with the focus on advising foreign companies about their holdings in German companies, joint ventures and other contractual relations such as distribution and production agreements. Further advisory services for German companies with particular reference to their activities abroad or other international agreements related to distribution, production and the like.

Legal Areas

Corporate / M&A, distribution and production agreements as well as representation at state or arbitration courts in disputes in these areas. Other fields of law are covered by cooperation with lawyers specialising in these sectors, mainly former partners.

Languages

Working languages are German, English and French, with a passive knowledge of Italian, Spanish and Dutch.

Honorary Consul General of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg. Former member of the Executive Committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), the oldest international association of lawyers; responsible for the organisation of its annual congresses as congress director. Former Chairman of the Board of the Section of International Business law of the German Bar Association (DAV).
